Abstract
Los casos presentados se retoman en función de la indiferencia social cotidiana que existió respecto a la operación de cuerpos del crimen organizado en los rubros de monitoreo y redes de comunicación informal usadas para la creación de los escenarios más violentos de la PFDGCN. Asimismo se analizan a la luz del concepto de delito propuesto por Emilio Durkheim en el contexto de igualdad que implica el siglo XXI.
